Our Artistic Director Viktor Lois has many inventions of modern art, majority of them are musical instruments. Starting September 20 from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, attend his Container Man concert, where he will play his largest and most complex instrument, a modern electronic version of an orchestra. Lois’s musical art is industrial, tricking the viewer into believing it is tools or even out-dated machineiry until he plugs one into an amplifier and begins to play. His work reflects the modern art view of beauty behind the rough and the mundane. This monumental musical artwork  contains 14 kinetic sculpture named after body parts, such as “Brain” and “Standing Heart”, as the Container Man is set out to fulfill his (and Yin’s) ambition of creating a human figurative sculpture from the sound point of view.
